On the recommendation of our friend, Jad Abumrad, we checked out "Shooting a Gun," a captivating video made a couple of years ago by Everynone, the same folks who made Radiolab's most recent piece, Symmetry, as part of their Everyone Forever Now series. A meditation on the experience of shooting a gun, the video is a collection of people reflecting on firing a deadly weapon and musing on the fusion of mind, muscle and breath that goes into pulling the trigger.
