Earlier this year, designer Kacie Kinzer provided one of her Tweenbots—inches high and only capable of traveling in a straight line—with a flag and a mission: to get from the NW to the SW corner of NYC’s Washington Square Park. It took 42 minutes and 29 kindly volunteers. Kinzer will explain what this tells us about empathy, cooperation, and cities and the people who live in them.
