Pieter Hoff has a background as an innovator and breeder of flowerbulbs, especially lilies. He was one of Holland’s leading breeder, grower and exporting company in the area of flowerbulbs. He exported his product all over the world, had a sales office in Bejing, China and Quito, Ecuador. While travelling all over the world to his clients in around 50 countries, he became worried about the extremely fast depleting ground water levels, knowing this because all his clients used drip irrigation. This made him decide to sell his company and dedicate himself to find a solution to make water from air without using energy in order to use this as an alternative for irrigation. The air is the logical source as all fresh water on earth comes from air.
