Andreas Raptopoulos is the founder and CEO of Matternet, building a network of unmanned aerial vehicles to transport medicine and goods in places with poor road infrastructure. “It is estimated that it is going to take sub-Saharan Africa 50 years to catch up on road infrastructure. So we saw this and we thought, ‘Can we leapfrog?’”
